Trike VAT Relief
We’re proud to announce that some of our tricycles are now certified as designed specifically to meet the mobility requirements of certain disabled riders. This means that if you’re eligible, you won’t need to pay VAT on selected Alpine models.

Who is eligible for VAT relief?
You may be entitled to VAT relief if you have a disability or long-term illness that affects your everyday life. This includes (but isn’t limited to):
- Physical or mobility impairments
- Chronic conditions such as arthritis or MS
- Other long-term illnesses as defined by HMRC

Important to note...
VAT relief is only available on the products listed above. It's valid for purchases for personal use only - not businesses or organisations. Finally, it's your responsibility to ensure you are eligible for VAT relief and certify you qualify upon purchase. False claims for VAT relief are taken seriously by HMRC and may result in penalties.
How does it work?
1. Select your trike
Choose the trike that best suits your needs and add it to your basket. The models eligible for VAT relief are listed on this page.
2. Apply VAT Relief
Click the Apply for VAT Relief button in the basket. Fill in the declaration form, and VAT will be deducted from your order. Simple!
